OpelAus.com is a Australia-wide Opel-based car club. What’s an Opel? Opels are the European built and imported Holdens (Barina, Astra, Vectra, Zafira and Calibra), that have been changed to a Holden for the Australian market. With over 2000 members, it is Australia’s largest club for this make, with a thriving web-based community. The main site (www.opelaus.com), allows members to view information on all Opel models, gather free technical support and advice, view photo galleries of its member’s cars, and also have a discussion on general car related topics and enjoy a few jokes.

Each state has their own separate section on the website where various events can be organized. State meets are organized regularly, and these include cruises, social events, photo-shoots and maintenance days.

The OpelAus community has gained international recognition from various European Opel clubs, and work in conjunction with international contacts to further enhance support for Australian members.
